Phil began his insurance career in 2008 at a local Insurance Company. In 2010, he obtained his Property and Casualty, Life, Accidental & Health Licenses. Phil believes in providing excellent customer service to his clients and provides families and individuals with the type of advice they need to protect their financial futures in the complex world we live in.

Phil, his wife Kayla, sons Westin & Kamrin, resides in the Village of Groton. He currently is a member on the Village of Groton Planning Board. His wife Kayla is a member on the Village of Groton Youth Commission Board and teaches at Groton Elementary. Phil enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, playing guitar, and making memories with his family.

Lisa began her career in the insurance industry in 1998. She came to the Andrews Agency in March of 2011 and has grown to love both her work family and the Ithaca community. Lisa holds both her Agents and Brokers Licenses as well as her NYS Notary License. She specializes in commercial lines production and customer service, however, sells and services both personal and commercial accounts. She loves the insurance industry and continues to find ways to grow in her career. Her customers are the reason for her passion for the industry.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Cortland and has served on several area boards. She resides with her husband Jeffrey and her Bernedoodle, Leo. Together they share one son, Justin, who is an RIT Graduate and a Systems Test Engineer in the Buffalo area. She enjoys travel, reading, crocheting, camping, soccer and spending time with friends and family.
