INHS is dedicated to helping people of modest incomes find—and stay in—high-quality housing throughout central New York, a goal that benefits the entire community. We’re accomplishing this by providing low-interest loans to first-time home buyers, managing well-maintained rental units, rehabbing old homes, providing home-repair assistance to seniors, building new LEED-certified green houses, and more.
