Position Overview:
As the Executive Chef, you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's culinary vision and execution. You will lead a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating a menu that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to the highest standards of excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for culinary artistry and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative and seasonal menu that aligns with the restaurant’s vision and guest preferences.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to maximize profitability.
- Stay current with culinary trends and industry developments to keep our offerings innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
- Exceptional culinary skills and creativity with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Salary: From $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
